You can now download a PDF receipt for any order directly from the order detail view. The new "Download receipt" option is available in the action dropdown menu alongside the existing "Get order JSON" option.

What's included in the receipt:

• Order header with reference number, date, currency, and country

• Billing and shipping addresses side by side

• Order items table with quantities, unit prices, discounts, tax, and totals

• A "Refunded" column automatically appears if any items have been refunded, released, or compensated

• Gift items section (when applicable)

• Gift card products section (Retain24, when applicable)

• Shipping fees breakdown

• Payment summary with subtotal, tax, shipping, and discounts

• Deductions section showing gift card, bonus, and refund amounts with a final "Customer Paid" line

• Cancelled order indicator displayed prominently in red

• Tax-inclusive/exclusive and tax-exempt status noted in the footer

The receipt is saved as receipt-{order-reference}.pdf.
