Sales Dashboard: Top Shipping Methods

What's new

The Sales Dashboard now includes a Top Shipping Methods view that ranks your shipping options by order volume and revenue. See at a glance which methods customers are choosing across your store groups and markets, with the same date range and filters as the rest of the dashboard.

Why it matters

  • Understand customer shipping preferences. See which methods are actually selected at checkout.

  • Spot underperforming options. Quickly identify methods with low adoption that may not be worth the operational overhead.

  • Compare across markets. Filter by store group and market to see how shipping mix differs between countries and channels.

How it works

  • Top Shipping Methods appears as a new section on the Sales Dashboard alongside your existing sales metrics.
