Add clarification regarding state on Kustom sync in SDK

When doing a POST https://shopper.{REGION}.{ACCOUNT_NAME}.brinkcommerce.io/shopper-kco/orders/sync, we should clarify in the README of the SDK that the frontend should hold the state of the options being sent into Kustom.
