Embed integration Platform

The Brink Integration platform will be embedded directly into Brink Merchant Portal (MP) as part of the Order Management Enhanced offering. This enables merchants to leverage pre-built and certified integrations created by Brink, such as Voyado Engage (CRM), Klaviyo (CRM), and Inretrn (RMS).

Merchants will also gain access to an integration builder, allowing them to configure, build, and deploy integrations using public components for third-party systems like Algolia, Snowflake, and Amazon. Comprehensive logging and monitoring tools for running instances will also be included.

This feature significantly expands the flexibility and autonomy of merchants using Brink OMS Enhanced. It reduces time-to-integration, lowers dependency on custom development, and strengthens Brink’s position as a composable commerce platform. Merchants benefit from faster onboarding, simplified integration management, and a scalable foundation for extending their OMS capabilities.
