Inventory Reservation in External Events

This feature introduces support for inventory reservations through external events, providing greater flexibility for merchants managing inventory across multiple systems. While the preferred approach is to handle reservations directly on the order, the system will now also allow external reservation events to be triggered and consumed by Brink OMS. This enables external systems to initiate and manage stock reservations before or alongside order creation.
