Negative filter options for Merchant Portal

As a user of Brink merchant portal I need the ability to filter and sort in the order view for order that DO NOT contain a certain state (brink) or custom state (merchant).

i.e I want to list all order that has been created since YYMMD, but has yet to be delivered

OR

I want to filter out all orders that has not received a certain custom state, such as; "Order Confirmation Sent" OR "Order Sent to ERP".
