Brink will introduce a native integration with Sitoo POS, enabling seamless omnichannel operations between online and in-store environments. The integration will support:

• Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) — allowing customers to collect online orders in physical stores.

• Buy Online, Return In Store (BORIS) — enabling in-store returns for online purchases.

• Inventory Updates — ensuring real-time synchronization of stock levels between Sitoo and Brink OMS.
