User Management 2.0 is officially released. This update introduces a clearer, more scalable permission model for growing merchant teams, together with streamlined role handling and improved security.

What’s new

• Granular rights

  More precise control across view, create, start, and delete actions.

• Automatic migration

  All legacy roles are now deprecated. Existing users have been mapped and migrated safely into the new groups.

• Improved governance

  System owners can review and fine-tune team access using the new rights matrix.

• SSO support

  The new user management model includes Single Sign-On support (via OpenID Connect (OIDC)). A detailed setup guide is available on request.

Default groups

The following standard groups are now available:

• CX Admin

  Capabilities: Read / Create / Start (Order Operations)

• CX User

  Capabilities: Read / Create (Order Operations)

• Ecom Admin

  Capabilities: Read / Create

• Ecom User

  Capabilities: Read

• System Services (Full)

  Capabilities: Read / Create / Delete

• System Services (Read-Only)

  Capabilities: Read

As the system owner, you are responsible for ensuring users have the correct permissions.

We recommend reviewing your team’s assigned groups and adjusting where necessary. Documentation, including the full rights matrix and SSO onboarding guidance, will be shared shortly or provided on request.
