Why this is good for merchants Your ERP stops being the bottleneck for operational cost questions. Customs declarations and margin reporting run from Brink in real time, and margin becomes available to commerce logic for the first time.

Today we only allow sorting by total sales within a selected currency. Update so that you can sort by total sales regardless of the filter.

It would be great to have an overview of all external events for an order. What event got sent and when? Who received the event?

Customer service want the ability to modify the price directly in Create Order in Brink (without discount codes) for complaints/replacements. This will simplify handling and reduce the risk associated with using general discount codes.

Each action can run as AUTO (Brink performs it), MANUAL (record that it was performed outside Brink), or SKIP. Cancellation and Delivery should have this option.

Context: Some merchants choose to delegate the start operation of a modification to their integrators. Problem: The current Merchant Portal UX does not adequately communicate or support the scenario where the integrator is responsible for starting a modification. Goal: Update the Merchant Portal UX so that merchants clearly know that they are creating a request, instead of having to work around it by cancelling a start modification operation to achieve the same output.
