Under here is what I am thinking, in order to search to see how different products performed for different periods.

I see. The thing is that we filter against all orders so the filter makes more sense on the top of the dashboard, but you will as i mentioned get all orders with those products.
In theory you will get that product on top of the top list. The Top Products list will include all products from those orders but likely the filtered one will be the top product.

If we add filter by product(s), the values that are shown will be for orders with those products. It’s the same with all filters.

I split this into 2 feature request, one for searching for specific products on the sales dashboard and one for exporting/showing all products in the top products list.
