Deletion exists but is deliberately restricted. It is limited to the highest privilege roles, it requires typing the order reference to confirm in Merchant Portal, and only orders older than 30 days can be deleted from the customer view. For data subject requests, overwriting the personal fields on the order is the normal route rather than deletion.
